Terms of Service

Effective September 3, 2026

These terms form an agreement between the customer and SubSaharaData LLC, which provides SiteThesis as a product and operating division. References to "SiteThesis," "we," or "us" mean SubSaharaData LLC.

Service scope

SiteThesis provides location-intelligence analysis and decision support. A standard $995 engagement covers one concept and either one location, comparison of up to three locations, or one defined market-search assignment. Requests outside that scope require a custom quotation.

Delivery and cooperation

The stated five-business-day delivery period begins after payment and scope validation. Incomplete, ambiguous or inaccurate customer inputs may pause delivery. Custom data, unusual geographies and expanded analyses may require additional time and fees.

Customer responsibilities

You must provide accurate information and have the right to share it. You remain responsible for lease, legal, zoning, engineering, environmental, operational, tax and financial diligence.

Intellectual property and permitted use

You may use the purchased report internally for the evaluated business decision and may share it with your professional advisers and capital partners. You may not resell, republish, scrape or use the report, methodology or output to train a competing product without written permission.

No guaranteed outcome

Forecasts and recommendations depend on available data and stated assumptions. SiteThesis does not guarantee sales, profit, financing, lease approval or investment performance.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubSaharaData LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses. Aggregate liability relating to a purchased SiteThesis report will not exceed the amount paid for that report.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
